Processing Times

We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible. Once we have received your order, your order should be processed within 3-5working days. Dispatched can take a little longer during busy periods, but we’ll notify you via email as soon as your order’s on the move.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we have worldwide shipping! But please be aware that you may be required to pay additional duty/customs fees depending on where you are ordering from. Check with your local customs office if you have any further questions. We are not responsible for any customs fees.

When will my order ship?

Processing + shipping is usually 3 weeks.Your order will ship within around 3-5 business days. But, if you place an order during a major launch/restock, please allow up to 14 business days for your order to ship. Shipping is usually 8-14 days.

  • Business days refer to M-F and exclude national holidays.

How can I track my order?

Once you place an order, you will receive either an email confirmation or text confirmation depending on what you selected at checkout, containing your order number. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information through the same method you had received your order confirmation from.

I have set a wrong shipping address or wrong item

  • Please contact us as soon as possible! Once the order has shipped, we are not responsible for the losses, shipping, or refunds.
  • If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, contact us and we’ll get this resolved as soon as possible.

Can I cancel my order?

All sales are final, no cancellation.

My order is being returned to sender, what happens now?

If this happens, it’s usually due to you enter an insufficient address or if you’ve not collected your parcel from a nearby post office in the timeframe specified.

If the package it’s being returned to us, please be aware that the original shipping costs for your order are non-refundable, and you will have to purchase a new shipping label.

What’s your return & exchange policy?

Returns and exchanges are not accepted due to limited inventory. But, if there is an issue with your order, please make sure to email puzzlefocus6@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery to fix any issues & concerns.

  1. Order Cancellations:

    • If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us via email at puzzlefocus6@gmail.com 

    • Cancellations made after 24 hours will not be accepted. 

  2. Returns and Exchanges:

    • Due to the unique characteristics of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the order has been processed.

    • We strongly encourage you to double-check your order before completing your purchase.

  3. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please take a photo or video of the item and the packaging at the time of opening.

    • Send the image/video along with your order details to puzzlefocus6@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the product.

    • We will review the issue and assist you with a replacement or refund if applicable.
